Job Brief
As an Investor Relations Services Administrator, you will be assisting your fellow Investor Relations team members in its supply of projects and services to the company's clients. You will be ensuring data integrity within our exclusive online investor relations service.
Job purpose:
• To research & maintain the companies exclusive Investor Relations Services CRM data
• To update as well as monitor email bounce backs on the system
• Carrying out telephone research on Investor Relations Services projects
Key responsibilities:
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• To manage and keep organised the company's clients email supply lists
• Monitor the IRST Inbox
• Assist and support clients with entering data into the IR platform
• Supporting with roadshows
• Supporting the client managers and researchers

The Successful Applicant
• Team Player
• Expertise in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Can work towards deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Exceptional telephone manner
A level grades or above
