Support and assist the Operational part of the business (Operations, Design, Proposal, Commercial, Procurement, and Special Projects).
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Gaining knowledge of company products, construction & design techniques, policies, protocols and processes
Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals as set out by your line manager
