Product Operations Analyst
Checkout.com are seeking a resourceful Product Operations Analyst to join our Product Operations team in London. The role is a unique opportunity to support us in delivering world-class products and shaping the future of digital payments.
You’ll be working alongside Product Leaders and play an active role in driving the operational effectiveness of our product teams, owning our key product tools, and helping us build a strong cross-function community. Working in an agile and very dynamic environment, you will be required to be flexible and adaptable at all times.
Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in an analytical discipline preferred
A fast learner who can quickly absorb complex information
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
General FinTech industry awareness
Curious, questioning attitude
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Miro, Looker (or other BI tools), Confluence and GitHub is a plus
1-2 years experience in product operations, product management, or operational role that worked closely with Product, Engineering and/or Commercial teams is a plus
Experience working with 3rd party vendors is a plus
What you will be doing
Help standardise cross-product processes such as introducing best practice product frameworks, experimentation tracking and feedback, driving better roadmap strategy, as well as how we share product launches
Support our Product Leaders with effectively sharing product knowledge with merchant-facing teams who support and sell our products
Help to drive a more data-informed approach across Product and the wider organization
Own the management and usage of key product management tools
Provide ongoing support to Product Leadership
