EmpowerRD is a fast growing startup based in London, UK. Our vision is to assist our clients to unlock all of the funding that rewards innovation globally. We do this by combining expert knowledge and advanced technology to take the complexity out of claiming for funding that is available. Our current focus is on helping companies within the UK unlock some of the £5Bn of funds available annually for companies that invest in research and development.
We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join our growing Marketing team. Working closely with the team, and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for building EmpowerRD’s content strategy – creating high-quality content to tell the story of our brand, and engage prospects, customers, and partners. You will also be responsible for managing EmpowerRD’s social media accounts.
What you will be doing
Devising a content marketing strategy, taking a multi-channel approach.
Creating engaging web content, including blogs, guides, infographics, and case studies.
Conducting SEO research to identify interesting content gaps and opportunities.
Managing the content calendar for the business.
Ensuring the brand tone of voice is consistent across all channels.
Working with the wider marketing team on content distribution to drive demand.
Measuring the success of content marketing in driving key KPIs.
Supporting the creation of customer communications, sales collateral, and event materials.
Managing EmpowerRD’s social media accounts, particularly Twitter and LinkedIn.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation, and the ability to write quickly, simply, and clearly.
Confident in content planning across multiple channels, for varied audiences.
Understanding of SEO and content techniques.
1+ years in a B2B content marketing, or other similar marketing role.
You will be a self-starter who brings creative ideas to the table.
Independent yet willing to learn.
