Our client is a specialist insurance company that provides insurance solutions and bespoke programmes for clients in the UK and Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to join their expanding friendly, supportive multi-cultural team, working within a relaxed customer service environment.
They are looking for someone who is fluent in French and has an excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) and has lived in either of these countries.
Job Role
The role is to provide first-class customer service, ensuring each customer is treated fairly and receives the very best experience. The ideal candidate will have worked for at least two years within an insurance claim &/or customer service role with some element of complaint resolution, be a naturally confident communicator, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and standards of work and be computer literate and confident with a willingness to learn. You will be a collaborative team player who strives to achieve common goals.
Knowledge of general insurance would also be advantageous.
This is a varied role, where you will be involved in a wide range of tasks including the following:
. Managing inbound calls, responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently
. Verify details provided, adhering to the DPA and update the company’s in-house systems
. Reviewing customer details and ensure queries are answered
. Investigate all claims – obtaining accurate information and gathering all necessary evidence to validate the claim
. Liaise with the Insurers
. Arrange all necessary repairs and/or replacements with approved suppliers
. Ensure complaints are dealt with in line with FCA guidelines
. Completing necessary translations
