What you’ll do:
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, and you will work closely with the Business Development Lead to drive this core function within the business. We require a constant stream of new business opportunities, and this role will take ownership of generating new leads and being able to convert them into new and profitable clients. Building strong relationships with client’s and ensuring that Chapter 2 is the talent partner of choice is key.

We build dedicated talent solutions for our clients, to elevate their internal teams to achieve the most from their roles and ensure our talent service is comprehensive, far-reaching, and memorable. You are the first person they will engage with at Chapter 2, and are crucial to us partnering seamlessly with them as a critical part to the success of their hiring strategies and delivery on their growth plans.
You will use data to drive your pipeline and outbound approaches
Moving in sync with the market, expect to be moving at a fast pace! You will be researching business, individuals and industry tends to identify potential new clients and markets, as well as ways to serve existing clients better. You will handle and convert inbound sales leads and identify direct sales opportunities, communicating well with clients via phone, face to face and written communication, identifying what works best and using this data to inform your future approach.
You will bring creativity and collaboration to the forefront
As a forward thinker and innovator, you will be supported by not only a BD team, but Marketing and Talent Acquisition experts, all passionate about bringing a fresh approach to recruitment. You will work closely with the team to undertake competitor analysis on a regular basis; delivering exceptional representation at industry events with the help of our branding specialists to drive new leads.
Who you are:
An exceptional communicator, verbally and written
A business development professional with demonstrable experience of hitting and exceeding targets
A great collaborator with initiative and be ability to work independently or within a team
Data driven and adept at using this to identify targets as well as applying to sales strategy, practices, and procedures.
A background in recruitment/RPO or SAAS products is a plus
