This role is an opportunity to work within the high-performing Global HR to partner and support the achievement of overall company strategy and goals. You will gain experience and develop your skills in all aspects of HR and the employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding, talent and performance enablement, learning and development, reward and recognition, and HR data administration and management.
Accurate HR system data management
Building networks and working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure an easy and exciting on-boarding experience for new hires
Assisting with the induction of new joiners, including payroll paperwork, new joiner communications and help administer induction events.
Using various processes and platforms to support the business in the recruitment process
Support the L&D manager in delivering various learning initiatives and projects
Supporting with general queries from employees and escalating when required.
Researching market and benchmark data to support delivery of HR goals
Supporting the roll out of various HR initiatives, processes, and policies, including project tracking and planning, as well as other administrative tasks
Skills and Experience Required:
A degree in HR or related subject.
A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is essential
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Very strong attention to detail while updating and managing data across systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
