About the Job

The Role

The Insight Team sit within the Marketing department and our primary focus is to understand what is best for our customers and communicate the findings to stakeholders in a way that empowers them to make better decisions.

Working with a wide range of people across all departments of the business, the Insight team is responsible for monitoring the health of our business and finding ways to grow. This includes analysing our data to identify patterns and trends, looking for opportunities or spotting inefficiencies. Our team of analysts are motivated, curious and logical thinkers who provide their stakeholders with the answers they need in order to make the right decisions at the right time.

As a member of our team, you’ll be given the opportunity to analyse large data sets with a range of tools, present your findings to management, and most importantly, you’ll affect real change in the business.

Key Responsibilities

Perform analysis of campaigns to detect trends in the data with a view to improving the performance of current and future campaigns
Regularly review the performance of the business on core KPIs and provide suggestions on how to improve drivers of growth such as acquisition, retention, x-sell and upsell
Analyse and identify patterns in customer behaviour that might lead to opportunities for growth
Build reports and dashboards for the purposes of sharing knowledge around the business
Communicate and present findings to the team and senior stakeholders on a regular basis


Key Skills

Strong aptitude for data analysis – you will be a curious and logical problem solver
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Have a high attention to detail
Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
Focused and highly organised, you always deliver on time
Experience with SQL, Google BigQuery and/or Tableau is highly beneficial but not essential


The Person

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who’s recently graduated with a scientific or numerical based degree.

This is an entry-level role so no previous marketing experience is necessary. If you have a natural grasp of numbers, like making evidence-based decisions and are results-driven then this is a great opportunity to learn all about the Sports betting and media industries in an ambitious company with a start-up mentality.
