About Our Client Our client is a specialist recruitment consultancy that is showing rapid growth across the UK. They currently have a number of office locations in Leicester, Birmingham and London. They work with some of the biggest brands and blue chip companies on the market today.   Having been established since 2009 there working environment is fun, and also professional. Hard work is always honoured in their offices. In fact, 20 graduates have received promotions in the last 4 years into managerial positions.   Having only opened in August 2016, the London office is fast catching up with the other two and has the highest potential for growth. They are keen to seek out high calibre graduates who can add to their continued success and development. Spaces are available in their HR, IT, Finance, and Property Management teams. The office is centrally located in Lincolns Inn Fields (Holborn), in the heart of the legal district and comes complete with views of St Paul’s, the Gherkin and the Shard. This location was specifically chosen for the fantastic area with ample opportunity for socialising after work.   About you A career in recruitment is ideal for intelligent and sharp minded individuals who have the ability to hit the ground running and are looking to work in a fast paced environment.  It’s an exciting and fast-paced role, which means you will need to be mentally agile, but you will get support and encouragement from every member of the team from your first day and beyond. Job Brief & Training You’ll be involved in the whole recruitment process – from sourcing candidates for clients’ roles, using numerous marketing methods, to offering ‘after-care’ services to those candidates once they’ve landed the perfect job.  You’ll get to develop relationships with prestigious clients and talented professionals, while working towards realistic targets. From the very first day you join your training and continued personal development are the company’s priorities, which is why they dedicate a budget of over £225,000 every year exclusively for training. On day one you will be assigned a personal mentor who will not just be involved in your training but will be there for you as and when you need them in those all-important first few months.  All training will be delivered by experienced Senior Consultants up to Director Level who have a wealth of experience and unprecedented success within the recruitment industry.
