Research & Insights Manager: Consumer InsightsÂ
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Research & Insights Manager. The Research & Insights Manager will lead a team responsible for delivering research, data and insight across the whole business and to support our Games Studios in their development process. Reporting into the Head of Consumer Insights, the role will work with multiple functions, both internal and external, including but not limited to; Marketing, Data, Licensing, Third Party Development, Commercial Analysis, Studios & third-party agencies to create & implement key strategic projects.Â
Key Responsibilitiesâ
Help drive key business initiatives including:Â
Day to day leadership and responsibility of all approvals-based research projects, including 3rd party coordination, project updates, organization and allocation of junior resourceÂ
Growth & integration of our new in-housed research offeringsÂ
Support in the evolution of our games into a Live Services model through new research processes Â
Management of a Junior researcher, including long/short-term goal setting and team integrationÂ
Collaboration with other team members to produce an âInsight syllabusâ for the broader businessÂ
Provide support, where required, on ad-hoc projects including concept testing, User Research, pricing, incubation & User ResearchÂ
Knowledge, Skills & Experienceâ
Degree in Business or relevant subjectsÂ
At least 3 yearsâ experience in a data, research, or insight team in a creative industryÂ
Knowledge and interest in video games / interest in data & insightÂ
A strong understanding of research methodologies Â
Competent with MS Excel and creating visual & impactful Powerpoint presentations.Â
Knowledge & experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) an advantage but not essentialÂ
Confident in delivering and presenting analysis and actionable insights to key internal stakeholders.Â
Good level of planning and organisational skills Â
Proactive communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externallyÂ
