The Opportunity:

We are looking for recent graduates with an interest in Recruitment/HR and a curiosity about the professional services sector to join our growing internal recruitment team on a 12-month graduate scheme.

As part of this role you will gain exposure to the whole lifecycle of internal recruitment, potential activities include;

Work closely with the recruitment advisors to ensure the recruitment system and reporting is updated accurately
Build strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently support the scheduling of interviews
Contribute to the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in our recruitment process
Work closely with the Recruiters, and our Corporate functions to ensure our candidates on-boarding journey is seamless and efficient
With the support of your peers you will be managing the maintenance of our shared Recruitment mailbox, and escalating the relevant queries where necessary
Market research / sourcing across a variety of areas

What you will bring;

A recent graduate with an interest in HR or Recruitment
Collaborative by nature – as a team we are all working towards the same goal. We’re looking for a collaborative individual who wants to contribute to the success of our team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change.
We will be holding 2 half-day assessment sessions on the 11th August at our office in Victoria. A great opportunity to meet the team, see the space and learn more about the role!
