We are looking for bright, inquisitive graduates who are committed to pursuing a career in international pharmaceutical market research and consultancy as a Project Coordinator. The role is primarily office based.
Project Coordinator job role (qualitative and quantitative research):
Working on complex, strategic global pharmaceutical and healthcare market research projects
Setup, monitor and manage qualitative and quantitative projects’ fieldwork on several multi-country research projects
Project Coordinators provide day-to-day liaison between external fieldwork agencies, freelancers and Research Partnership researchers
Manage and troubleshoot all fieldwork requirements and field issues
Ensure all fieldwork is conducted to time and budget
Source, obtain quotes and negotiate prices with external fieldwork agencies for proposals
Track and negotiate cost variation with external suppliers within fieldwork
Research, identify and engage new external suppliers and discuss costs and pricing
For this job role, we are looking for people with the following skills and attributes:

We will be recruiting these positions during July 2022, with a planned start date of 7th September 2022.
The interview process will take place in three stages:

If successful in Stage 1, we will invite you to participate in a 20-minute video interview with 2 members of our Fieldwork team.
If successful in Stage 2, we will invite you to participate in a virtual Assessment Day in July, which will involve tasks and an interview with 2 Research Partnership Directors.
This role will be based in our offices in Putney, London, and candidates must be able to work from our offices for a minimum of two days per week.
