Whether based in London or working remotely, the Junior Analyst will be a recent graduate with a keen eye for detail and some interest in financial markets. The candidate will publish real time updates on new bond issues from initial marketing through to pricing and reception, in addition to undertaking related analysis and database maintenance.
Other aspects of the Junior Analyst role include assisting with the creation of various daily and weekly reports for IGM’s credit clients, while also working with senior members of the credit team on the production of additional content initiatives across all fixed income disciplines as necessary.

Fast, accurate publishing of deal terms and conditions, legal notices and other public debt capital markets announcements to a set format, including data entry and analysis
Collect and circulate market talk on supply, price talk, book build, distribution and reception
Contribute to the production of IGM’s credit reports and other credit initiatives during the European time zone
Source and share information/content across other desks within the credit suite where required
Further develop and maintain a deep regional contact base, cultivating sources from both sell and buy-side communities
Eventually contribute to pre- and post-launch analysis of major deals utilizing timely and accurate market derived information (price talk, book-build and relative value analysis)
An understanding of Financial Markets with knowledge of fixed income markets a plus
Excellent written and spoken command of the English language
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally
