About the Job

Adelaide is looking for a high-energy and dynamic Business Development Representative to provide pre-sales support. You’ll be joining a company making a positive impact on the digital media market using evidence-based metrics to increase the transparency of media quality.

We’re remote for the foreseeable future, but you should expect to be in Central London a couple of times a week.

This is a great role for someone looking to get into advertising while being comfortable working in fast-paced environments. The right candidate can initiate relaxed but informative e-mail correspondence with prospects while understanding how to assess a company’s needs and catering outreach to each prospect individually. This role reports to the EMEA Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative at Adelaide Metrics, you will:

Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients within major media agency holding companies and brand direct sectors.
Outreach and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with key decision-makers through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to build and nurture relationships.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Adelaide Metrics’ products and solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
Lead Qualification: Qualify and nurture leads to ensure alignment with Adelaide Metrics’ target customer profile.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience with tools: CRM (Hubspot), LinkedIn, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
