1. How we operate
1.1 This site is to be used by students/graduates who are seeking employment within their desired degree field, or any career path they are interested in. Employers can also use the site to search for students/graduates for suitable employment and advertise live vacancies.
1.2 Students/graduates agree that you are happy for employers or businesses to view your profile information and contact you accordingly.
1.3 We allow employers to post up job vacancies and view student/graduate profiles. This is available using a paid subscription and/or free trial subscription.
1.4 All subscriptions and membership terms stated below relate to employers and businesses and not to students/graduates also referred to as “candidates” using the site. Note that “candidates” will never be charged to use the site.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Our Graduates Limited. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws.
3. Use of Free Content
You may not print, reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use Free Content from the Website for personal or career purposes only unless otherwise indicated on the Website or unless given express written permission to do so by Our Graduates Limited. Specifically, you agree that:
3.1 You will not use the Free Content of the Website for commercial purposes unless given express written permission to do so by Our Graduates Limited.

4.1 Payment from a Subscription Plan grants you access to all Paid Content on the Website for the duration of your subscription. You may use such Content in the following ways:
4.1.1 To view student/graduate profiles and contact them accordingly.
4.1.2 to help secure an advertised job vacancy
4.2 Under such a licence, you agree that:

7.3 You acknowledge that Our Graduates Limited may retain copies of any and all communications made to us or using our System.
8.1 Any graduate/student using the Website will always be given free access to the website and its full services. Only Employers will be required to subscribe with the given membership options. In order to access Paid Content on this Website and to use its full facilities you are required to select one of the membership plans which may vary depending on the plan you choose.
By continuing to use this Website you represent and warrant that:
8.1.1 all information you submit is accurate and truthful; and
8.1.2 you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
8.2 Sharing of accounts is not permitted. You are required to keep your Account details confidential and must not reveal your username and password to anyone. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.
8.3 For employers this may vary as more than one person in the organisation might have access to the company account. However, account details should be stored safely.
8.4 When choosing your username you are required to adhere to the terms set out above in Clause 8. Any failure to do so could result in the suspension and/or deletion of your Account.
9.1 Subscription charges commence on the date that you activate your subscription. Your credit/debit card will be billed on activation and you will experience full access of the Website on an ongoing basis unless you cancel your subscription. All subscriptions are recurring unless cancelled by the user.
9.2 A free 1 month trial is available with full access of our complete services. Once this trial comes to an end you will be billed in accordance to your subscription package unless you cancel your plan. You will not be able to purchase a free trial more than once.
9.3 You can cancel or renew your subscription from your dashboard area. You will receive a reminder email a few days before your subscription comes to an end.
9.4 Your first payment will be at the price advertised on the Website. Our Graduates Limited reserves the right to change Subscription Fees from time to time. For further information on subscriptions and pricing view the “Employer Pricing” page on the website.
9.5 You can update your Payment Methods by going to your dashboard page and clicking on “Subscriptions”. Once you are here click on the relevant subscription and click “change payment”.
9.6 If you choose to completely terminate your account and remove all of your data completely, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on the telephone number provided on our contact us page.
10.1 Either Our Graduates Limited or you may cancel a subscription. If Our Graduates Limited terminates your Account or subscription, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving any reasons.
10.2 You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to our service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial – month membership periods.
12.1 Our Graduates Limited makes no warranty or representation that the Website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, or that it will be 100% secure.
12.2 Whilst every reasonable endeavour has been made to ensure that all information provided on this Website will be accurate and up to date, Our Graduates Limited makes no warranty or representation that this is the case. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our services.
12.3 No part of this Website is intended to constitute advice. The Content of this Website is intended to provide employers with a range of students/graduates who can fill in a job role successfully.

For all other direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Graduates Limited accepts no liability. Users should be aware that they use the Website and its Content at their own risk.
14.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts Our Graduates Limited’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on the part of Our Graduates Limited.
14.3 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that these terms and conditions adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, in the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. 17. Other Terms and Conditions
Our Graduates Limited also operates as a graduate recruitment agency (not just a Jobs board) and welcomes clients looking for graduates who wish to have positions filled. Our terms and conditions as an agency working on a vacancy or recruitment campaign will be sent to our clients separately as opposed to the website terms and conditions mentioned here.
17.1 All notices/communications shall be given to us by email to email@example.com. Such notice will be deemed received within 24 hours of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and 24 hours the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
17.2 Our Graduates Limited may from time to time send you information about our new services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the unsubscribe link when seen.
18. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Our Graduates Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Our Graduates Limited and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
